He always made sure that i was doing the little things to ensure that i would be able to compete night in and night out. During the C.I.S regular season i asked Geoff if he would be able to put together an in season workout plan for me, he did it with no problem, and believe it or not, it really helped me en route to my second straight A.U.S MVP and C.I.S First Team All Canadian!!!!
